0.3MP Monochrome Global Shutter USB Camera Module with Omnivision OV7251 black and white sensor
This is one of our best-selling global shutter camera modules. It has a resolution of 0.3MP (640x480) with Omnivision OV7251 CMOS sensor. The image quality is very high and stable.This module can only support MJPG compression format.
It mainly supports 2 different resolutions and frame rates: 640x480 @ 120fps and 320x240 @ 200fps, but you cannot get them at the same time, so when ordering from us, please tell us which resolution and frame rate you need.
The OV7251 sensor is very small, only 1/7.5 inch, and consumes less power than other similar sensors. It has excellent low light sensitivity, reaching 10.800 mW/(uW.cm-2.sec) at 850nm.
