Product Description

The GC2145 CMOS image sensor provides a 2MP resolution of 1600 x 1200 active pixels in a compact 1/5 inch optical format. With 1.75μm pixel size and a 10 bit ADC, the sensor ensures clear image capture and stable performance.

The integrated image signal processor (ISP) supports auto exposure, auto white balance, noise reduction, and color correction for consistent imaging. Output data can be configured in Bayer RGB, RGB565, or YCbCr 4:2:2 formats, offering flexibility for system integration.

GC2145 supports 15fps at UXGA resolution and 30fps at SVGA, with a low 180mW power consumption in active mode. The device operates reliably in a -20°C to 70°C temperature range, making it suitable for various embedded imaging designs.

Its two-wire serial interface enables easy parameter control, while the electronic rolling shutter with progressive scan ensures stable image readout.
